Default "Translating"-help, please?

I`m Norwegian, and I`m having a hard time understanding the numbers in most of you peoples readings. So I was wondering if the is a calculator or something like it somewhere, where I can translate your numbers (100, 120, 87 etc) to something I can understand? (5,8 6,2 etc...)

Clear as mud?

If you are really bad at math, then just use this calculator to find the numbers. It converts A1c , mg/dl , and mmol/L back and forth for you. Like if you put in 120 mg/dl it will return:

A1c and Average Blood Glucose Conversion
A1c 5.8 %

Average Blood Glucose in mg/dl 120 mg/dl

Average Blood Glucose in mmol/L 6.6 mmol/L
