She may be a goner, since her mind has been diminished by all that she has been through. I hate to say this, but there are plenty of times, when you cannot help the other person.

Since she has MS, plus BS readings of 700; you can rest assured, that they have both done their damage; and there will be serious consequences for your sister.

Keep talking to her and give her good advice; so that if she dies, or has a stroke, you will know that you have done what you could.

With her health issues...especially MS, she may have decided it just isn't worth the misery any more.
