Default New Job - Ketones impact Drug Test ?

I need to get a drug test for a new job.

I am battling to get my sugar under control, my last A1c was 8.0

I am getting better but I am afraid I still may have trace levels of Ketones as I get my control back.

Will that give me a false positive for any type of drugs ?

I was reading on the net it may look like I have alcohol in my system

Any advice appreciated.

Best to let them know upfront about the ketones. Also if you are taking cold medicines.

Control is with Diet modification, exercise, supps.

Interesting. This sounds like I need to remember that if I get picked in future rounds of random drug testing. I definitely got a few ketones. If I could only be as lucky with the lottery.
