As I mentions in my response on the other thread, it is because it only applied to the person I was writing. And PM'ing, I can write openly and honestly and not have to worry about being censored.

The only reason I stated that I PM'ed was because I am not all the good about checking my PM's.

As I also mentioned, if I think something will applies to others, I will post publicly.
