I'm breaking my fast today. I was working in my garage and feeling a bit shakey. The inlaws are coming for supper: ham, brussel sprouts, spiralized cuccumber, potatoes, cheese bisquits with freshly smoked canadian back bacon( ham). I think I will join them, and start another fast tonight.
Attached is my progress on this fast

PS I hit 327.5 lbs this morning. This is either dehydration or new progress.

Well you went about 3 days longer than I have.

Hope you addressed the potential hydration issue. You didn't do almost 4 days with no water did you?

LOL I've been drinking steady. It's been a clean fast, I've been drinking water, green tea, and coffee. No cream, no sweetener, no BPC, no broth, etc.

My lungs feel great, my legs feel ok. ( while the doctors say my PE and my weight loss last year were not related, I can't help to keep a watchful eye on my legs and lungs.)

I was on my feet almost all day yesterday. I might have been feeling that.

We all have our own set of rules for what is allowed during a fast.I usually allow electrolytes, and 1 cup of bonebroth each day even though the bonebroth is technically breaking the fast. I also allow up to a 6 pk of diet pop per week and sweetener in my coffee, both are things that I know are bad for me.

This time I avoided those exceptions, but who knows, 14 days is pretty long, I probably was going to allow them somewhere.

Keto friendly dehydrated veggies for camping. I went to the Bulkbarn and not one of there dehydrated blends is keto friendly. In fact, the best blend that I could find was a soup mix that had as much carbs in it as wild rice. LOL
