Default Grrrrr!

So 40 minutes on the stationary bike, crunches, sit ups and then 5 weight stations for 3 reps of 15 each. Finished up with 10 minutes on the tread mill. Planet Fitness is one of my big tools in keeping my sugar in check.

Put my bike on my old trainer. Wanted to get in about 30 minutes last night after supper without the hassle of setting everything up to use the smart trainer. 8.4 miles in 31 minutes. Riding on the "not smart" trainer wass more meaningful than it used to be now that I have a power meter on my bike to see how much effort I'm putting out.

12,227 steps and 19 floors Thursday. 11,826 steps and 33 floors Friday. Off until next Friday. Hope to get in some bike riding, even if indoors on the trainer.

A 33.25 mile bike ride outside. The last 4 days have been 70 degrees. Looks like it will be cooling back down over the next 14 days, but only predicted to get to freezing 4 of those nights nights.

Back to work Friday and looks like rain all day Saturday, so maybe another day on the trainer.

13.5 miles inside on the trainer yesterday. Got to ride a little more before midnight tomorrow. I'm 8 miles away from 3200 miles for the year. Was hoping for more, but it is what it is now.
