Back to work Monday, championship ball game on TV. No bike ride but I got 12,741 steps in today.

Lite day at Planet Fitness today. 15 minutes on the treadmill. 34 minutes on the stationary bike, 4, 15 each, sets crunches, seated row individual cables 55lb 3 sets 15 each, back extension 50 lbs. Finished up on the treadmill for an additional 15 minutes.

Gentle resistance band work-out. I'm amazed at how this helps. I started incorporating this kind of exercise after I went to physical therapy last year.

I had a chiropractor give me one to help strengthen muscles around my rotator cuff. It does help and its amazing how hard it can be to do correctly and be quite a workout.
