5 miles on the trainer, then 15 miles outside. Didn't check BG before and after trainer ride, but was 111 before outside ride, 128 after. Only thing I had this morning was a cup of BP coffee when I got up, it wasn't that hot out, but I did forget my water bottle and rode hard coming back home.

A 12 mile bike ride on the trainer after I got up this afternoon and had my coffee. One night of graveyard down, two to go.

A 51.5 mile bike ride.The last 10 miles were tough.

9554 steps so far today.
I'm an all or nothing kind of person, so I lowered my step count goal to 8000. I find that easier to reach and keep going. If I missed my 10,000 or felt like I was going to miss it, I just gave up.
