5 miles on the trainer, then 15 miles outside. Didn't check BG before and after trainer ride, but was 111 before outside ride, 128 after. Only thing I had this morning was a cup of BP coffee when I got up, it wasn't that hot out, but I did forget my water bottle and rode hard coming back home.

A 12 mile bike ride on the trainer after I got up this afternoon and had my coffee. One night of graveyard down, two to go.

A 51.5 mile bike ride.The last 10 miles were tough.

9554 steps so far today.
I'm an all or nothing kind of person, so I lowered my step count goal to 8000. I find that easier to reach and keep going. If I missed my 10,000 or felt like I was going to miss it, I just gave up.

37.26 mile bike ride this morning. Left at 6:30 AM 75 degrees, got back at 9:30 AM 85 degrees with a "feels like 102" when the humidity gets factored in. Yup, I'd say that was about right, even my socks were soaking wet.

I started physical therapy at the beginning of March for my knee and back. During this time Hubby fell on his shoulder and went to physical therapy.

Now that he and I are doing resistance exercises, I set up brackets on a wall to use resistance bands and tubes. This is working well for us and we each plan to learn more that we can do.

A 30 mile bike ride today, 20 mile club ride after a 10 mile ride with another group. I got to where we were going to meet too early.

22.5 mile bike ride on the trainer. Nice day outside for a ride but my off days are over and its back to work.
