A 15.7 mile bike ride on the trainer. Slept in this morning and when ready to ride, the thunder, lightening, and rain had a big influence on choice of inside or outside.

Hopping around on crutches... does that count. Yesterday my phone logged 79 steps (or hops). I wanna see if I can increase some of that today; I throw a load of laundry into the washing machine this morning; I am just waiting for my wife to yell at me ... "what are you doing?; "are you out of your mind" and so on

As well she should!

I feel for you - being laid up and forced to inactivity is no fun. (How about taking up knitting???)

22 mile bike ride on the trainer before lunch. Had a funeral to go to this afternoon and couldn't afford having trouble out on the road.

Bike went into the shop after my last ride and got it back Friday, so nothing all week. The four of us on the right of the previous picture rode the Wampoo Rodeo metric century ride (100 km - 62 miles) today.
