Last day of shut down. Late getting things started up so a push to hurry. 15,017 steps and 69 floors. Traveling today, 100 mile bike ride tomorrow.

Thanks itissteve, there were 10 of us from the group in Texarkana that rode. We started as a group and finished as a group. We had a good time and the weather was more than favorable. It was overcast until noon but only got up to a little over 90 degrees. We averaged about 16.4 mph over the 100 miles.

I walk the stairs instead of taking an elevator. When the step counter is counting and the elevation is changing i get a floor every 10 feet it shows I’m going up.

45 minutes "figure 8" 20 minutes lite weights [I am afraid to go higher on weights until triglycerides get better] 15 minutes of "the wobble," because I am practcing silly line dances for a cruise in late October.

On most websites it says the 2 best ways to reduce triglycerides is to reduce the carbs you are eating and incorporating moderate intensity exercise. It sounds like your weight workout is more of an aerobic workout than weight lifting. What have been told about exercise and triglycerides?

A 28.4 mile bike ride this morning to take some of the kinks out from the 100 mile ride Saturday.

I was told by my nurse practitioner, who is very pro LCHF, that with super high triglycerides that a heart attack or heart failure is more likely, so I should not stressmy body too much for now. No?
