Fasting Inslulin Level
What is your fasting insulin level?
I think it is something most doctors (even endocrinologists) don't bother to measure. It is just as important, if not more important than fasting glucose, since it measures how insulin resistance you are. |
Yeah, I wish there was a home blood insulin meter. If I could only have one meter, that would be it. I think high insulin levels do a lot more damage than given credit for.
