Default Default for subscription to thread?

Isn't there somewhere a default setting whether or not you want to automatically subscribe to a thread you have posted to? I can't seem to find it.
(I know you can choose it when posting but I tend to forget it and I don't like being spammed).

@Silinde there is.

On the lower black band across the top of this forum page, click on USER CP. In the column on the left, look under Settings & Options and click on Edit Options. On the screen that appears, find Default Thread Subscription Mode. Click on the dropdown menu and choose the option you want.

I'm a little handicapped on how to do this with a smartphone so let me know if this does not look famiilar and we'll figure it out.
