  2. What was your fasting blood sugar this morning?
  3. My 2h reading after breakfast and lunch is around 15 point lower from the 1h reading (appr. from 110 down to 95). However, after dinner it goes up a bit: from 97 to 102. I don't quite understand why the first reading after dinner is quite a bit lower than the breakfast and lunch first readings...
  4. Interesting read from Dr. Attia. If it can be a benefit to non-diabetics, I bet it would help Type 2's even more.
