Default Getting Lower

Hi all. I don't know if it is the Metformin, the Januvia, my recommitting to exercising at least 1/2 hour each day, my current eating plan (low carb/high fat [the healthy fats]), and more protein - and eating at around the same time each day - breakfast, lunch, supper with smart snacks in between) or a combination there of, but I am pleased to say I am having some success.

A couple of weeks back, even a week ago, my highs were in the high teens/low 20s range; now my highs are between 10 - 13.5; and I had a 7.0 reading before lunch yesterday.

I am so glad to be able to workout again; I am gaining confidence in my body's ability to move and I'm loving it. I will win!! I am going to try to do cardio in the mornings and weights in the evening - see if it helps the morning 'highs'; and having a night time snack.
