- Diagnosed in 2007, Metformin, then Actos, no tolerance, quit medicines.
Dieting failed...., changed THINKING.
I began dieting 01/05/2013. Wt. 223 Lbs.
Dieting and reading my Glucose twice a day for 32 days. BS avg. 267 or 14.8
Slowly increasing Metformin until I've reached my tolerance level of 2000 MG,
On 4/26 Metformin for approx. 80 days ..., Avg. 142 (7.9) Wt. 199.8 Lbs.
