I'm always interested in someone who is managing this with only diet and exercise. You're 72, what do you do for exercise? I think the diet is actually more important, though. I hope you let us all know how you got your numbers so low. I'm in the same boat as you, but much younger (got high A1C's, switched to LCHF, no meds, no insulin, lost about 25 lbs so far, pretty close to ideal weight now).
