My lab says < 6.0 % is normal. But you are right once upon a time the diabetes label was at 7.0%, then revised to 6.5%, then 6.3% and now to 6.0%. Looks like the pharma industry is working overtime.

Not a challenge at all if you keep some chocolate fat bombs tucked away in your fridge or freezer! I never run out of them... Good work otherwise!

You could save the fats and pour back over the meat. Thats what I have BH do when cooking steaks in the oven or frying burgers in a skillet.

Hmm. Too much protein, not enough fat and very few carbs... and diarrhea... Google: "Rabbit Starvation" Avoid lean meats and cheese unless it has more grams of fat than protein, preferably way...

Not if you keep overall glucose down. Some people get rather high dawn numbers which don't mean anything. I often mention the example of Peter (of Hyperlipid). His A1C is 4.6 and he commonly has dawn...
