    I see that many of the folks here put personal statistics in their signatures, rather than in their profiles. As an IT professional, I'd like to warn you that a forum "handle" doesn't hide your identity, even if you use an anonymizer. Putting that kind of concentrated medical info in a forum post can enable a 'bot running to build a medical history without even logging in. That data should be in the user profile and tagged to restrict access to forum members, or better yet, friends.

    Also, if persons with Type 2 are looking for help and want to provide personal data to assist, the BMI and A1C are the most critical numbers, followed by BP and fasting BG levels. Without those stats, medication levels don't mean much.
