- I am free lancer and consultant for Pulp & Paper .After serving Indian Paper mills for +25 years , I also served as Project head in one of IFC financed project in Europe for about 6 years and now working from home in India.

- I am diabatic for last 15 years and was on Insulin (was taking 60 units of Homolog 25 )but with good food habits and regular exercise could stop insulin for last 6 months and i am on only few oral medicines
