    yes type 2, I just noticed your reply now it never showed up in my msgs but i went to click on last post which you made in the thread i started but instead clicked on your name and that's how which showed my your reply.

    LCHF seems to work, but it is one way and only one way. This forum seems to be tight knit with that line of thinking. YOur type 2 right? I think if your not hardcore into exercise then this diet may be ok for you. Im in a different boat im a type 1 so i inject insulin. Plus i have athletic endeavors so i need carbs. They are much more effective for energy than fat alone. Thus i have about 160-200gmsof carbs a day however i inject for these carbs to bring my bs down. If i had a keotgenic diet like those in here, my peformance would drop considerably. These are just my goals though. Walking for an hour etc you will be fine with no carbs on board. Anything low intensity and you will be ok that way. IF you want to be faster/stronger etc, then you do need carbs but that isnt so much the goal with most on here which ofcourse is fair enough. When BS normalcy is your goal then lchf is ok.
