Thanks everyone for the words of encouragement. I feel MUCH better today. What do I use coconut oil for? Also, when going to the movie...can I have popcorn or no??

if you have a hard time finding a coconut oil you like, try drinking heavy whipping cream. Sounds horrible right? I have a half pint with breakfast and again at dinner. Since BH doesn't care for fattier meats it's a good way to add fat to meals. Each half pint of the brand I use has 80g of fat with no carbs or protein so it's really BG friendly.

I eat popcorn popped at home drenched with butter or dry popcorn now and then, and accept the higher BG the next day and for a few days later.

Good luck,
