I have Blood sugar 101 and I have read it. I have started the LCHF diet and I think that it will help to just have other diabetics to talk to. I don't know anyone that is diabetic well enough to talk about it with so I am happy to now have all of you.

I had lunch yesterday and took my bread slices and some of Optimist crackers to have in case anyone asked what i ate...one friend asked about the diet and then asked what I ate and when I told her she said "I have 7 books that will prove you are so wrong and I'll show them to you at my house"...you are so wrong! It happens...and I chose not to go any further. She said she had tried all the diets she'd read about and they were all wrong...which I agreed with...

We've been fed such a pile of *hit.

That's the case with a lot of us. Half the usefulness of this forum is the interaction with other diabetics who are in good control of their BG. Most of us know few other diabetics, and the ones we do know are NOT in control and are showing signs of complications.
