I am usually between 70-95 but on occasions will fall out of range a bit due to various things. But I am by far in the best control of my BGs than I have ever been. I am also taking far less insulin now and that makes any mistakes much smaller and a lot less dangerous. If you have any questions, just ask away. This is a great forum and someone here will gladly assist.

Hi Arenda. This is great. I am curious if you have found an endo or doctor who is supportive of your diet? I think if found a Pro-ketogenic GP/Oncologist in Singapore - so arranging to meet with him.
