If I am nto mistaken, once you have made I think 5 posts you can do it. If I am wrong about that I am sure someone will be along shortly to correct me

We are neighbors! I am in San Antonio

Tell us a bit about yourself. Are you diabetic? someone in your family?

I am a TY2 diagnosed in July 2008. I am currently taking metformin and trying lower carbing. My last A1C was 6.1, up a little, but I'm working on it. I have lost 27 pounds since diagnosis so am pretty pleased with myself. I'll add more info when I can add my signature. Other than that, I'm a pretty laid back person generally happy with my life. Thanks, Pam, for welcoming me and it's good to know there's another Texan here!
