It wasn't my comment, but I took it to mean someone who uses insulin as a "crutch" without taking other appropriate measures.

Welcome, Salim!

The regulars here tend to use multi-disciplinary approaches whether on insulin or not, so I think you'll find a different (healthier) dynamic on this Forum.
