Default I'm back

I thought I would introduce myself again, I don't think I have been on here for at least a year. I am 61, type 2 for almost 18 years. I am on the maximum dose of Metformin, and on a cozmo insulin pump.
I have no complications, nor do I expect any, as I keep very tight control of my diabetes. I limit my carbohydrate to 80 grams a day.
This limit, the pump, knowing enough about diabetes to write a book (which I have done), and working hard at it, has given me fantastic results. Standard deviation of 14, A1c's this year of 5.0 5.2 5.0 and 5.0. My A1c has not been above 5.4 for the last 19 tests.

I'd be glad to help out answering questions.

Welcome back, Lloyd! You're a sight for sore eyes!

If I thought I was having a stellar day already, this really makes it! And if it gets any better I may have to take sump'n for it!

Welcome back.. I guess you were "leaving" just as I was "arriving". I'll look forward to your insights.

I met Lloyd in Minneapolis this year and we attended several meetings together. He has such great control and has given first rate advice to many people. Thanks for being with us now, Lloyd!
