Hi all...

Just found this site and I am interested in hearing everyone's stories and to lend me assistance since I have been newly diagnosed

Age - 51
Weight - 262 (from 275 3 weeks ago)
Blood Glucose - 400
Blood pressure 115/75 (from 160/110 1 month ago)

Looking to try to get in the normal blood glucose level naturally if possible. (and lose 80 more pounds)

Welcome to the forum - and congrats on your weight and blood pressure drop. That's wonderful!

Now, we just need to get your blood glucose down along with them, and it's great to hear you'd like to do it naturally vs with meds if possible
