Welcome Alie

We'd like to get to know you as a diabetic - can you tell us how you are managing your diabetes? Have you made a diet change and are you on any medications? Are you testing your blood sugar?

Welcome Alie. What worked well for me was the Induction diet from the Atkins diet until I got stable enough to test and learn what other foods I could eat. I wanted to do things fast and lose some weight so it worked very well for me.
If you will Google Atkins Induction I think you will find it.
Good luck,
