Should be. Even <5g should be okay. But, bottom line, your meter will give you the most accurate answer.

It's hard to find a no-carb snack, but I am remembering some folks who like to eat butter. Now THAT is no-carb at its finest!? Some cheeses would be close to zero as well - and bacon, too.

I oven fry a whole pound at a time, then put it in a bag in the freezer. Ready and at hand for a "snack attack."
