Hello,I am Korey and I am pre diabetic. It was from a non fasting blood test in 2016 and it gave me a wake up call.So far I am doing well making the changes.Used to pig out and I changed my eating habits around which were very bad.Work out as well losing weight has helped. So far my blood sugar level has been down to 120 last time.Plus I see a RN that is also a dietician that has educated me very well on this and she is proud of me.

It's great that you're discovering what works for you. Every one is an individual on this.

Some of us do better not eating after dinner; others of us with "Dawn Phenomenon" have found we can tamp it down by having a little snack before we go to bed; sometimes it makes a difference what we snack on.

It takes some experimentation and you're doing the work. Good for you!
