I was having some luck with anasazi beans, retrograding the starch, but I'm not doing something quite right here lately. I'm getting a bigger bump now than I used to, maybe I need to start checking my portion size.

Think I've had this since 2003. Told I was Type 2 lean on 2/13/12.
