Hi am 39. I'm really confused I have the exact same problem. My doctor is sending me to a neurologist and for a abdominal sonar. They also doing a creatine test getting results for creatine test tomorrow I hope. I eat like a horse and drink about 3l to 5l of liquids a day and urinate all the time. I really hope to find a answer soon. My lowest reading on my self test machine was 3.7 and my highest reading was 11.1. Most of my readings two hours after eating are between 8 - 10 my fasting gp between 5.7 - 7. Any help or info would be great. Glad to see I'm not the only one. Done all the normal tests HBA1C my ogtt and urine.

Sorry new here. Not diagnosed but have all the symptoms. I'm 39 years old. I have done all the tests and they come back negative. Doc sending me to a neurologist and for abdominal sonar and testing creatine levels.

Welcome to the forum!

Having the results of the additional tests can help, but how can we help you find the information you're looking for? What does your typical daily diet look like?

Hello there - I would relax a bit. Those readings aren't too bad. 8-10 two hours after eating is a a little high for a non diabetic but someone like myself who is a Type 1 - those are the readings I shoot for 2 hours after eating.

If it's Type 2 an adjustment to your eating habits would probably have a positive impact on your readings. Something else to take in account - weight loss. If you have been experiencing significant weight loss lately this would suggest your BGs have been running much higher for a longer period of time.

Good luck with the diagnosis! If it is Diabetes there's a lot of people who have learned to deal with it on these forums.

Welcome to the forum lord vader. Hopefully, your results will come back "negative" for any type of diabetes. Good luck.
