Hello...lookingvforward to neing on this support group. I have had type 1 for about 16 when I was in my early 40s. I try very had to control my a1c but it is very difficult as I have a very stressful job..thanks for reading

Welcome, exercise01! I think you'll find a lot of support here on the forum.

I certainly understand how a stressful job can make diabetes worse -- I think it did for me. I hope you can find some resources here to help you even things out at least a little.

I note the "exercise" in your user ID. What kind of exercise do you like to do? And what kind of effect does it have on your blood glucose?

@exercise01, if you click/tap on the "Reply with quote" button on a given post, the entire post will be quoted and you can delete the non-essential parts. If you're viewing the site on a mobile device (phone or tablet), there will be a different icon but it will work the same way (ask me and I'll find out what that icon looks like; I usually use a Web browser to access this site).
