I see someone who needs to see a medical doctor and a diabetes specialist. You probably need bolus insulin for your meals. It doesn't appear that basal insulin is enough.

The great thing about LCHF and Keto is that one doesn't have to eat so little that one feels hungry all the time. Eat plenty of fat, eat when you're hungry (and don't eat when you're not).
