27-02-2012: Just Got back Hba1c blood test results after 3 months.

Went to the Gym this morning for my normal exercise regiment.. after that I went to see my Dr..

My Hba1c blood test results came back today..

Hba1c was 6.9 in 17 Nov 2011 and TODAY 25 Feb 2012...
