Its NOT a free ticket to eat carbs but if i were to eat half a piece of toast or a slivr of pizza it would offer me some protection so i dont have to freak out if i eat a few carbs?

Back in June my TSH was at two and I was taking metforeman and now I have been off MetForman since about then and now my TSH has gone up to 9.4 and Iím wondering if the MetForman was keeping it down...
