My increase after eating tends to be 10 above the pre-meal numbers. Usually no higher than 125. Hence, never considered bolus insulin. But something to consider as well if things do not decrease.

I split my Lantus into 2 doses, first thing in the morning and just before dinner.. so 6am, 6pm doses. I had to lower the evening dose a bit.

Been on 25mcg of levothyroxine for a bit over a week...
