A month or so ago I purchased an instapot pressure cooker. Tonight I made the most delicious meal ever. You can saute right in the pot and it takes only 5 minutes to cook.

BG, talk to your doctor about getting on Tresiba. I take it once a day and seems to last longer than the Toujeo, Lantus, and Levemir that I've used.

I don't think that 'most fruit is considered low glycemic.' Berries are usually lower than the rest. Pineapple and melons usually are very bad for diabetics.
