Dr Bernstein is not if favor of a high fat diet. His is low carb, moderate fat, and high protein. I have never seen him suggest eating saturated fat.

But I'm with you on reducing saturated fat....

That would make it very difficult. All the plant sources of protein have a load of carbs with it.

Are you a vegetarian? I am, and it is a bit of a handicap when you try to limit carbs.
