a1c from two labs

Last week my a1c was 5.3.. Another doc asked me to do it and it is 5.7 this week.. Can it change in 1 week or is it just the lab margin of error? At diagnosis 1 month ago it was 5.9 from same lab...

always hungry

so i have started low carb diet but not able to introduce high fat yet.. just dont like fat yet.. i eat protien and veggies for lunch/dinner and i am usually full but an hour later i become hungry...

wow you have been living with type 2 for a long time.. How old were you at diagnosis... You gave me some hope.. Of course I can be careful on what I eat but I don't want to make hard and fast rules...

one thing i dont understand is in glucose tolerance test my 2 hr result was 155 with a 75 gm of glucose.. but today i had only around 30 gms carbs and it went to 160.. i'll try no carb for dinner.....

hi.. i have been following medium carb diet ever since my diagnosis.. it was working well in the beginning with 2 hr reading below 120.. i am eating same kind of diet now but getting much higher nos....

so do you test before meal and then after 2 hours as well? I have been checking before meals for 1 week as asked by my doctor and it was always under 100 (provided I didn't eat a snack an hour ago).....
