Just made this yummy sauce for cauliflower & brocoli.
3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups mix Parmesan, Asiago & Romano shredded
4 cups 10% cream +
2 tbsp flour - white
2 tbsp butter
Salt & pepper, dash of cayenne, chives
