A nice recipes to diabetes:

Flax seeds: 1 tablespoon (lightly toasted);
Sesame seeds: 1 tablespoon (lightly toasted);
Oats: 1 tablespoon (lightly toasted);
Wheat germ: 1 tables spoon (lightly toasted);
Brazilian nuts: 2 units (lightly toasted);
Salt: ½ teaspoon

Put this ingredients in a blender by 1 minute, and finish.

This low-carb recipes is rich in vitamin, essential fats (omega 3 and omega 6) and fiber.:)
