My labs say Protein Total [6.2-7.7] g/dL. For Albumin [3.5-5.0] g/dL. What were your numbers?

If this was a problem, I would hope that your doctor would discuss this with you. Call your doctor and perhaps a nurse can help.

Call your doctor and let the doctor explain if this is a big problem. Some lab values can be slightly lower or higher without it being a problem. If the protein/albumin was really out of range, I would think your doctor would go over this with you. ASK your doctor ALL OF THE QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. They should know you and this is a big help when you have an out of whack stat.
