I was going to try making bread with almond flour as an alternative to oopsies but have only found one shop here in Stockholm that sells it and it's very expensive! Now I'm considering buying a coffee grinder and making my own flour from blanched sliced almonds. Does anyone do that? Is it ok to use blanched sliced almonds as opposed to whole blanched which I cannot find here? Coffee grinders are not all the same...there are some that grind, some that chop etc...etc..which is the best? Regular or sweet almonds?
