When I got my diabetes last year, I was sent to a nutritionist to learn how to eat right with my diabetes.
The menu she gave me included potatoes, whole grain pasta and bread, lowfat milk, fruit, etc. I would eat about 200 carbohydrates each day if I ate like she said:eek:
When I goes to hospital to check my diabetes I sleep over there (long way home), and they still give me that food loaded with carbohydrates.
I`ve learned now, I bring with me a lunchbox, and just eat the fish or meat they offers me.
