I love some of the salads this gal makes .

I am going to make the Bok Choy one real soon. In fact maybe this week end.

looks really good. I'm thinking that since I've never seen baby bok choy that perhaps sliced Chinese cabbage would work.

Boy, does that dish look pretty. I'll have to see if I can find Bok Choy in my supermarket. I think they have it.

I looked through more of her salads, and they do sound very appetizing and delicious. I will have to try some of them, and perhaps hubby might even like them!
