I eat 2 eggs every morning for breakfast but read that egg whites are all protein, no cholesterol, which prompted me to buy a package of 12 hard-boileds. I popped the yolks out, now I have 24 little Orphan Annies peeping at me, begging to be filled. Obviously, I don't want to use the yolks to make a deviled egg filler because I don't want to over-egg myself. Does anyone have a decent low-carb idea of what to fill these guys with?
