FYI, our low-carb breading (Brandi's Breading) is just as good on beef liver as on everything else! Just finished a plate of liver/bacon/onions with mashed green bananas on the side . . . pretty hard to beat it if you like liver!

I've been dunking in cream instead of beaten egg before dredging in the breading mix . . . seems to work just as well, and I don't run out of eggs quite so fast.
