Hi, I am a new member.

Type I since 1973 and on the pump for 2 years now.

I get my pump supplies from a company called Pumps It, Inc. in Houston.

In the last 2 days, no one answers the phones when I call and today the phone seems to be turned off.

Hurrican Ike went through Houston last week and I am worried that the company is shut down.

Has anyone heard anything about the status of Pumps It?

I've not heard of that company or their status. Sorry. If you are not getting an answer by phone or online then, I guess it got hit. Perhaps someone else knows of their status. Hopefully you have a 2nd favourite company to purchase your necessities from if the 1st one is down.


That was surely a Bad hurricane that did a lot of damage in Texas. I do hope that the U.S. Gov./FEMA is quicker to clean up that mess and hopefully they have been helping the needy People. God Bless them All.
