Yes, I tried them last year. And, during a hurricane, it was all I could eat that seemed low carb, but they gradually increased my blood sugar, big time. The sugar alcohols in them don't agree with my system. In fact, the effects were worse than sugar because they lasted for many hours. My BGs just wouldn't come down within the 2 hours or so. They also affected my fasting, especially by the third day.Had anyone used the Atkins bars as a snack? Any good? Effects on blood sugar?
